Question about office 365 license types. Hello, we have a subscription to Office 365 E1-E3 plans. The product licenses are called as " ShrdSvr ALNG SubsVL MVL PerUsr ". We need to renovate the licenses, but our provider is selling us only the " Open ShrdSvr SNGL SubsVL OLP NL Annual Qlfd " and not the " ShrdSvr ALNG SubsVL MVL PerUsr " one.
Click File, the Account Settings drop-down menu and choose Account Settings. Under the Email tab, choose your account, and then click Change. Click More Settings, click the Advanced tab, and then click Add. Type the name of the shared mailbox, and then click OK. Click OK , Next and Finish.
