On your phone, go to SETTINGS in the menu>. Find the BLUETOOTH menu option and touch to open it>. Once SYNC appears, touch the GEAR (right side of screen)>. You will see UNPAIR. I had a 2017 Fiesta SE with a similar issue. I had to get some sort of bluetooth-related module replaced and it ended up costing about $900 (including the dealer diagnostic fee and shipping the module from somewhere out of state).
