1m is BY FAR the car i would choose. E46 is outdated interior and just plain slow, KBB says they are worth 15k and veryone wants 25k lol. Outdated to some is classic and timeless to others. The cockpit in the M3, 330i ZHP and even 1M are driver focused simple and brilliant. Ay5X6.
