Captainyou mean. Commanders can pretty much always be one shot in Origins. Phylakes and fort Captains pretty much can never be one shot. So ive killed the guy in the main story who is like "Oh you're gonna be hunted by phylakes ♥♥♥♥" After that i leveld up to try and kill one but there are no phylakes visible on the map anymore. I have not killed a single one but when i finally have a high enough level they all dissapear. Whatyou need to do is get a Phylake's attention by pelting them with arrows, and run to the nearest ladder. If there are no ladders in the vicinity, you can always light a brazier in a nearby camp and have Phylakes come to you there, and there isn't a shortage of those by any means.
