I have a motorhome on a 2005 ducato 2.0 JTD. The hand book says Tutela Matryx along with the specification API GL 5. Only problem is tutela matryx is API GL4. I have never had a vehicle with as much confused info as this. The Castrol website recommends an API GL4 spec in Castrol universal plus but quotes a capacity of 2.1 litres. Sleeping Capacity. I have a 4 speed automatic gearboxes in my 2006 2.8 JTD. It lubricates with an oil slinger design and sump. It basically just throws the oil everywhere inside and drips down via gravity. My auto gearbox is made by ZF. I read my gearbox manual when changing the ATF oil which i sourced elsewhere.
